A 42-year-old woman who consumed poisonous substance at Baitha village under Bairagarh police station area on Friday died while undergoing treatment on Sunday.
According to the police the deceased Rajshree Bai was found in an unconscious state at her house late in the afternoon on Friday and was rushed to a nearby hospital where she was declared dead. Police were informed and on the receipt of the information a police team reached and started investigation. In the initial investigation police found that the deceased used to remain depressed over the past few years but the reason remained unknown as the statements of the family members were not recorded.
Condition of deceased was critical when she was taken to hospital and later her condition further deteriorated and on Sunday she died while undergoing treatment.
The police have registered a case under section 174 of the CrPC and have started further investigation.
Meanwhile a 32-year-old man who was injured at Bhadbhada under Sukhi Sewania police station area after his motorbike was hit by a speeding vehicle died during treatment on Sunday; deceased was hit in the month of August 2015. \
