A 40-year-old man died after his tractor-trolley turned upside down at Manikhedi village under Eithkhedi police station area in the morning on Wednesday.
Police said that a tractor trolley met accident near Manikhedi village and injured driver was rushed to a nearby hospital where he was declared dead.
The deceased was identified as Santosh Sahu who was driving the tractor. After the preliminary investigation the body was sent for the post mortem and case was registered.
Police have registered a case under section 304 A of the IPC against the driver who died in the incident. The further investigation has been started in the matter.
Meanwhile a 25-year-old debt ridden man committed suicide by hanging with the ceiling at his house near Foota Makabara under Hanumanganj police station on Wednesday afternoon.
The deceased Pawan Namdev was found hanging and was rushed to a nearby hospital where he was declared dead.
Before committing suicide deceased messaged his friend Ankit Thakur that he is going and forgive him after which Ankit rushed towards house but failed to save him. .The deceased used to work as photographer while his mother worked as handicraft worker.
In the initial investigation police found that the deceased was indebted and was not able to repay the money but it could not be ascertained and would be investigated in the further investigation.
The body was sent for the post mortem after the preliminary investigation and a case under section 174 of the CrPC was registered.
