A 38-year-old man died after his motorbike met an accident near Bhouri jod under Khajuri police station area in the wee hours on Thursday.
Police said that an injured was rushed to a nearby hospital where he died during treatment. The deceased was identified as Jitendra Maran of Bhori village.
After the preliminary investigation the body was sent for the post mortem and the police have registered a case under section 174 of the CrPC and started further investigation.
The incident took place late in the night on Wednesday and deceased died in the wee hours on Thursday. Police said that the post mortem report is awaited which could help in further investigation.
Meanwhile, a 22-year-old married woman who committed suicide by setting herself ablaze at her residence at Hinotia Peeran village on July 7 died during treatment on Thursday.
The deceased Poonam Bai died while undergoing treatment at Hamidia hospital. Police said that the deceased set herself ablaze on July 7 at her house and was rushed to Hamidia hospital where she died on Thursday.
During the investigation police found that Poonam’s husband Mukesh used to harass her demanding dowry and case against Mukesh would be registered.
After the preliminary investigation the body was sent for the post mortem. The police have registered a case under section 174 of the CrPC and have started further investigation. Deceased’s husband has been searched as he went missing after the incident and is still missing.
