A 30-year-old youth died in a road accident after his motorbike was hit by a speeding vehicle at Link road no. 2 Vijay Nagar late in the night on Saturday under Habibganj police station area.
Police said that the injured were taken to hospital where the bike rider was declared dead while the vehicle remained unidentified which escaped the spot after hitting the vehilce .
The deceased was identified as Anupam Shirvas who was returning from work and got injured when his bike was hit by a speeding vehicle.
After the preliminary investigation the body was sent for the post mortem. The police have registered a case and started further investigation.
The deceased fell few meters apart from the bike after bike was hit which suggests that the vehicle was moving with very high speed.
The locals informed the police and on the receipt of the information police team rushed to the spot and started investigation.
The police are yet to investigate rash driver which resulted in the accident.
Meanwhile, a 36-year-old man died after he was taken to hopsital on reporting illness on Sunday; Baghsewania police have started investigation.
The deceased, identified as Jagjiv Jatav reported chest pain and was taken to hospital where he was declared dead.
After the preliminary investigation the body was sent for the post mortem. The police have registered a case under section 174 of the CrPC and have started further investigation.
