A 28-year-old married woman committed suicide by consuming poisonous substance at her residence near Chanchal square under Bairagarh police station area on Wednesday.
According to the police, the deceased Seema Ahirwar was found in an unconscious state and rushed to a nearby hospital where she died during treatment.
Police were informed and on the receipt a police team reached the spot and started investigation. In the initial investigation police have not found any suicide note which could reveal the reason behind the suicide. The deceased’s husband found the deceased in an unconscious state after he returned from work on Wednesday.
After the preliminary investigation the body was sent for the post mortem and the police have registered a case under section 174 of the CrPC.
Family members and husband of the deceased would be questioned in the further investigation. The neighbours have expressed ignorance over any issue between the couple said police.
Meanwhile, a 43-year-old man died under suspicious circumstances at Pansheel Nagar under TT Nagar police station area on Wednesday. According to the police, the deceased Ashish Dutta died during treatment at hospital where he was brought after he reported illness.
Investigating Officer ASI KG Shukla said that the deceased reported illness and was rushed to JP hospital where he died during treatment. The details of the death could be revealed after receiving the post mortem report.
Body was sent for the post mortem and after the preliminary investigation the police have registered a case under section 174 of the CrPC.
