Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) State secretary Tapan Bhowmik informed that at Ghoradongri assembly constituency area, in all the 344 voting booths, 25 party workers are deputed as page chief on each booth. The meeting of the page chiefs will be addressed by Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan, added Bhowmik.
The meeting will be held on May 20 and during that time the Chief Minister’s road show will also be organised. There will three road shows in each four Mandals.
He also said that the party workers are campaigning for the party candidate and they will conduct street meetings and appeal to the public to vote for party candidate Mangal Singh.
He further said that the party workers are mentioning the achievements of the party in last 10 years since Shivraj Sing Chouhan came to power. They are using all the points contradicting to Congress rule. Presentations are also being given on how the BJP government has accelerated the development.
Meanwhile, the State spokesperson of BJP Vijendra Singh Sisodiya in a separate statement said that by having a biometric machine at every PDS shop the beneficiaries will be benefited. He further said that like in the case of gas subsidy the amount directly being transferred to the consumers account has completely removed the issue of middleman. In future the Central Government is planning to transfer the subsidy on food and chemical fertilizers to the account through Direct Transfer System.
Sisodiya said that the subsidy on chemical fertilizers is being given to the producers and the benefit is reaped by middlemen instead of the farmers.
Similarly, the cheap ration at fair price shops does not reach consumers. The government has decided to install a biometric system at every fair price shop.
At the time of purchase, the consumers thumb print will be verified by the biometric system.
