A 23-year-old youth who was hit by a speeding bus on October 12 near Queen Marry school, died while undergoing treatment at a private hospital on Thursday; Ayodhya Nagar police have registered a case against the errant driver and started investigation.
The deceased identified as Amit Mehra of Narela Shankari was hit by a speeding bus and was rushed to a nearby hospital where he died while undergoing treatment.
The details of the bus are yet to be found and investigation has been started. The CCTV footage of the cameras installed in the nearby areas would be investigated.
The police have registered a case under section 304 A of the IPC and have started further investigation. After the accident deceased was undergoing treatment at Chirayu hospital.
