Painting is my passion”, says the renowned artist Poonam Rana. The art lovers of the city were mesmerised with the perfect blend of visual and art together at the painting exhibition put up by Poonam at Rangdarshini Art Gallery, Bharat Bhavan. Organised under Roopabh series of fine arts, Bharat Bhavan the exhibition opened for the art lovers here from Tuesday.
Hailing from Pune, Maharashtra, Poonam has brought a variation of paintings that are just like sneaking into nature. All her works are landscapes in abstract form brilliantly painted over canvas and paper with acrylic colours.
As she exhibited 42 art pieces before the spectators, she created an artistic ambiance at the gallery. Her works define her perfection in art and also defines her clear perception towards it. She developed a unique visual language in which meaningful compositions are created through lines, colours and forms.
These compositions are unparallel not only in creations but in rhythm too that left a lasting impression over the spectator. She has a vision that has a profound thought, a restlessness to discover self which is totally away from this world.
