Police Website To Have Stolen Vehicle Pics
Gwalior: The police would put the photo and details of vehicles on the website of stolen, unclaimed and captured, by the miscreants. This website would be connected to the citizen cop. After that you can see your stolen or seized vehicle where it is kept and under what condition. This software would be updated in every police station from time to time. Many times the unclaimed and stolen vehicle number plate is changed. Sometimes the engine and chassis number are rubbed off so the police find it difficult to recognise the vehicle. But now with the photo of the vehicle from 3 angles on the website, the vehicle owner can recognise his vehicle easily and the information about the location and the condition of the vehicle can be easily available. In the absence of information about the stolen vehicle, etc the police are compelled to auction the vehicles after 6 months. The DGP Surendra Singh said that the police is trying to check the theft of the vehicles. Now the SCRB has prepared a website to reduce the burden of seized vehicle in police stations. It would be connected with all the police station of the State in next 3 months.
Pmt Scandal: Sit Arrests Six
Gwalior: The SIT conducting the investigation of PMT scandal has arrested 6 persons including a medical student carrying a reward of Rs5000. The arrested persons include the father who gave money to his son for admission through PMT scandal. The SIT in charge ASP Veerendra Jain said that the SIT was tipped last night that an accused of PMT scandal Badam Singh a student of 2010 batch has come to the city to meet somebody. The students was carrying a reward of Rs5000. The police acting on the information arrested him and started interrogating and at the same time the police arrested Vijay Ram Bajoria, father of medical student Avdesh Bajoria from his house in Morena. The police arrested 4 more people and started interrogating them. They also sped up search of Priyanka Shrivastava Yadav w/o Dr. Vishal Yadav carrying a reward of Rs5000. After the arrest of Vishal Yadav, Priyanka Shrivastava Yadav has been absconding. Dr. Deepak Yadav, ring leader of PMT scandal was arrested 8 months before. During interrogation it was revealed that Monika Yadav and Priyanka Shrivastava Yadav were helped by the same woman solver to appear in the examination in their place.
People loitering Outside School, College, Beware
Gwalior: The police would deal strictly with the miscreants roaming outside the school and colleges and besides that, action would be taken against the shopkeepers where the miscreants stood, in the view of the security of girl’s students. A helpline has been started along with the other schemes to step up the security of the woman. The SSP Gwalior Santosh Kumar Singh has ordered all the police station in-charges to take strict action against the miscreants seen outside the schools and colleges. The SSP also ordered woman police station in-charge to raid the places with woman force and arrest the miscreants and informed the parents of the girls found with them.
Register Your Aadhar Number Or Go Ration-Free
Gwalior: The consumers of cooperative consumer stores would have to register their Aadhar number with ID for taking ration from the stores. If they do not do so, they would not get ration in the month of March. The Government has ordered all the control directors to link Aadhar numbers with ID of consumers up to 28 February. The domestic gas connection is also being linked with Aadhar and then only they can get subsidy. In future every cooperative shop under Government scheme would end manual entry work and start digital work. After linking the Samagra ID with Aadhar, any member of the family who goes to the control shop would have to put his thumb impression. This would check the black marketing in the goods. From this month consumer would get cheap maize from the control shops - 5 k.g. of Maize would be given to Antyodaya families at the rate of Rs1/kilo. The district food controller l. Mulazda said that this initiative has been taken to check black marketing on control shops. So all the consumers have been ordered to link Aadhar up to 25th February 2015.
