Bhopal: Home Minister Umashankar Gupta laid the foundation stones for road asphaltation in Nirala Nagar and Vaishali Nagar here on Wednesday. A sum of `6 lakh has been sanctioned for road asphaltation in Nirala Nagar of which `2 lakh has been mobilised from public participation, `2 lakh from MlA's Fund and `2 lakh has been sanctioned by the Municipal Corporation. `7.61 lakh has been sanctioned by the Municipal Corporation for road asphaltation in Vaishali Nagar.The Home Minister directed officers to ensure quality in road construction. He said that sanitation will be ensured in girls' hostel near Nirala Nagar. Gupta assured to take necessary action for getting Nirala Nagar included in municipal limits
New schedule of 8 trains proposed
Bhopal Departure dates of 8 trains proposed under Mukhyamantri Tirth-Darshan Yojana have been changed. Now, train from Anuppur to Vaishno Devi will depart on June 3 and Balaghat to Rameshwaram on June 9. Similarly, train from Ashok Nagar to Vaishno Devi will depart on June 9, Betul to Jagannath Puri on June 14, Habibganj to Rameshwaram on June 15, Rewa to Tirupathi on June 20, Hoshangabad to Dwarka on June 22 and train from Bina to Dwarka will depart on June 27.Earlier, train from Anuppur to Vaishno Devi was scheduled to depart on June 2, Balaghat to Rameshwaram on June 8, Ashok Nagar to Vaishno Devi on June 10, Betul to Jagannath Puri on June 16, Habibganj to Rameshwaram on June 17, Rewa to Tirupathi on June 21, Hoshangabad to Dwarka on June 25 and Bina to Dwarka on June 29.
