A 22-year-old youth was attacked by two miscreants with sharp-edged weapons over money dispute at Kalibadi area under Govindpura police station area in the afternoon on Friday.
Police said that a youth was rushed to a hospital after he was attacked by two armed miscreant at shanties near Mahatma Gandhi square in the afternoon.
The injured, identified as Shahrukh Khan who was attacked by his neighbours Tingu Khan and his aide with sharp edged weapons was rushed to Hamidia hospital where his condition is stable.
Police found that the two started a verbal spat after a money dispute went wrong between them and attacked victim near his ear and hit him badly and the two escaped the spot and are still missing.
Based on the complaint after the preliminary investigation, the police have registered a case under section 307 and 34 of the IPC.
