Suspecting his mother’s illicit relations with a man, a 15-year-old boy beat him to death. Nazeerabad police have arrested the boy in connection with murder of a 52-year-old farmer at Chhapri village late in the night on Monday.
A man was found dead in Chhapri village in the early morning hours and after the man was spotted police were informed. On the receipt of the information a team reached to the spot and started investigation. SDOP Berasia Sanjeev Pathak said that the in the initial investigation police found that the deceased identified as Mohar Singh was beaten to dead and no visible marks of sharp-edge weapon or blunt object which suggested that the deceased was hit by wooden sticks. Further, two persons of the village had spotted a minor near the accused late in the night and told the police that they had seen 15-year-old boy with wooden stick. Based on the information the boy was nabbed and when he was questioned he confessed to the crime. He told the police that he suspected that the deceased was having illicit relationship with his mother as he and his father used to remain away for work, he added. Presently father of accused was at home as break during the festival season while accused who used to work earlier at some other place returned around two years ago and started to live with his mother.
