The 15-day dance workshop concluded at Rangashri Little Ballet auditorium on Sunday.
Sponteneous performance by the famous Kathakali dancer Raghavan was presented and he gave a message to all the participants that art has special importance in the life of human beings.
Contemporary dance was presented including jazz, chhau, modern dance, lyrical dance were staged in a very beautiful way.Alok Chatterjee's composition 'Abhineta' in the second sequence of the presentation, was performed. This performance showcased the life of an actor.
In the third sequence of the presentation, the children remembered Tagore with the colour of their imagination on Tagore's poems Kagaz ki Kashti and Vrishti pode tapur tupoor rain rain tapur tupur.
In the last sequence of the performance, Uday Shankar brought the dance style to life through the lines of the song Ik Bagal Mein Chand Hoga. It gave the message that man should come to live in every situation and never give up.
All the performance enthralled the audience.
