Piplani police have nabbed 11 persons who were charged with abetment to suicide of a class 5 student on January 26.
The deceased Muskan committed suicide by hanging with the ceiling at 40 quarter area after she and her elder sister were teased and abused by their neigbours.
In the suicide note recovered in the investigation deceased mentioned names of 11 people who were involved in teasing and engaged in fight with her family.
During the investigation police found that the deceased and her sister were on their way to home after Republic Day programme and met Rahul on their way where Rahul started to talk with deceased’s elder sister. This was witnessed by one of the family members of the deceased and reported the incident to Rahul’s family which lead to a fight and the Rahul’s parents engaged in verbal spate which annoyed the deceased and later she committed suicide. Before committing suicide the deceased left a suicide note mentioning the name of the 11 persons.
After the preliminary investigation body was sent for the post mortem and a case under section 174 of the CrPC and later in the investigation police found that the deceased committed suicide after the fight.
The police have registered a case under section 306 of the IPC and in the further investigation nabbed the accused.
The accused were identified as Rahul and his relatives and neighbours Kavita, Tota, Gaurav, Kesar, Devendra, Sonu, Bhaddo, Maan Singh, Ninda and Hargovind. The case was registered based on the names in the suicide note.
