The Paavan Chintan Dhara Charitable Trust (an organisation dedicated for moral, mental, and spiritual development of children and youth) organised a guiding programme for students of class IX and above called safal bhavah recently at Constitution Club, New Delhi.
This interactive session with students, teachers and parents was led and addressed by Sriguru Pawan Sinha ji. Paavan Chintan Dhara Charitable Trust has been actively involved in organising series of sessions such as gapp chauraha and chaupal for the benefit of students.
This session began with Sriguru Pawan Sinha’s speech on the importance of a clear aim in human life. He emphasised the significance of spiritual practices to achieve concentration and be creative.
He gave five commandments to face examinations of life: there is no shortcut to success, never be scared, excellent concentration, rigorous discipline, designing schedules and implementing them.
He also underlined the importance of techniques and not merely motivation to achieve one’s goals in life. Regular practice helps in improving retention power and long term memory.
The following habits will further enhance the students’ capacity to study effectively:
The ability to test oneself in all situations
Not waste time and energy in daydreaming
learn to be attentive
Segmenting work and food portions
