IMS Engineering College, Ghaziabad is one of the top-notch engineering colleges of India and is accredited by Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) which is one of the recruiter’s of IMS Engineering College. This year, the students of the engineering college performed very well and the company has rolled out offers for 163 students.
The company visited the college on September 18-19, 201 and on the first day, TCS conducted the written test in which the total 496 students participated. Out of that, 355 students cleared the written test, clearly indicating the preparedness of the students. The second day was full of challenges for the students who had to undego various stages of interviews. At the end of the day, 163 students cleared all the rounds and were given an offer by TCS.
Out of 163 students, 65 students were from Computer Science, 37 from Electronics and Communication, 23 from Electrical and Electronics, 21 from Mechanical Engineering and 17 from Information Technology.
On this occassion, the chairman of IMS Society, Sanjay Agarwal emphasised the importance of campus selection of students and conveyed his best wishes to all the selected students. Dr Sraban Mukherjee, director IMS Engineering College, congratulated the students for such grand success and considered this as one of the stepping-stone in their career.
