The Noida International University organised a full day faculty development program at its campus. Prof Vishal Gupta, university of Binghamton, Suny, US was present as the Chief Guest. The main issues for the discussion were teaching methodologies and the importance of research. Prof Vishal Gupta, university of Binghamton, Suny, US interacted with faculties of various departments.
He suggested that teaching should be innovative and practical. He compared the facilities which we have today with what we had 10 to 15 years back like the Internet, online classes etc.He added that the FDP programme is very root of development for the faculties. This FDP is in continuation to the institute’s promise to the development of quality education. She has emphasised that such programmes helps the teachers to their professional and personal development.
Faculties interestingly acknowledged the session. Dr Arvind Singh, chancellor Noida International University said that, FDP is very important for the inner growth of the faculty.It develops the art of transferring the knowledge. FDP programme is very root of development for the faculties. This FDP is in continuation to the institute’s promise to the development of quality education.
