Talking about the role models of Indian youth, ace motivator Shiv Khera recalled the era of Sardar Patel who contributed nation selflessly. “Indian youth can find their role model in politicians too; politicians set the tone for the country so they can become role model of Indian youth but today, situation is different, politicians /people who should be in jail are guarding by the guards,” Khera said.
Peeved by the rising ‘business of education’ in the country whereas as Indian youth is vying for global education, Khera said that it is high time that India, which has new leadership, now recognises the potential of the youth who together cherish a successful ‘Make In India’ dream.
“Education now a days has become a business of demand and supply, education institutions not focusing on building the character of youth,” the writer of You Can Win, opined adding that the education institution are not preparing the students by providing real assets of knowledge and thus today’s youth are lagging behind at the work front.
“Only 13 per cent of Indian youth actually work and rest of the working class lacks basic knowledge. India needs vocational training centres where professional trainers will give appropriate practical and substantial training to beginners.
Dr Khera also talked about the judicial reforms in India and said that to keep democratic strength alive, India needs to make a stronger judiciary. “Thirty-eight per cent seats in judiciary are vacant. To earn the trust of a common man, there should not be delayed in the judgment,” said Khera adding that Indian courts can work for 24 four hours to make up with the pending three crores cases.
“By filling the vacant seats in judiciary which will give large scale employment also, court can work for whole day in different shifts just like MNCs. This will definitely help to earn the trust,” Khera mentioned indicating the pressure and load on the existing and incumbent judges and judicial infrastructure of the country.
