Jack of all trades is the key to be a successful entrepreneur. However there are 15 most sub factors, which will help you become successful entrepreneurs.

Vision: It is very important for an entrepreneur is to have a vision, there is a difference between doing a business and being entrepreneur. A business can be done by just some simple transactions but an entrepreneur aims high.

Career orientation: Are you interested in more degree of freedom or you like a structured approach to doing work under the pre-initiated instructions. Entrepreneurs are typically people who need higher degree of freedom in their work and thinking.

Clarity of purpose: Entrepreneurship is not about making money but it is about creation of something new. The focus of Entrepreneur is to solve the more important issues in ecosystem with business goals.

Internal locus of control: Who controls you? Are you a self-disciplined person or you need external factors/persons to manage you. Being an entrepreneur, you need to have a high degree of "Self Discipline" as you are now your own Boss.

Multi-tasking ability: Being an entrepreneur, you need to be Jack of all trades. You may not have support from other team members, so you need to do many things together.

Be tenacious: All the days will not be the same, sometimes it may be a windfall, but there will be rainy days. Are you a person who can withstand the pressure? Do you have the patience to wait for some good clients, instead of jumping here & there to get a job? Do you have never say die attitude? If you are like this then you can opt for this as a career.

An open mind: Customer is a king and any feedback coming from them needs to be taken in a constructive manner. High achievement motivation: For Entrepreneurs, the challenges are not only external but also they challenge themselves to achieve higher goals.

Risk taking behaviour: They take risks, most of the time the vision of the Entrepreneur is not understood by others, they believe the idea has lots of risk and others tend to avoid those ideas. But entrepreneurs plunge themselves after doing a SWOT analysis and even if the risks are higher, they opt to go for their ideas.

Ethics: High ethical standards helps in getting good team and also good customers, the popular belief that business can't be done with ethics is a wrong notion, my own experience is that doing business with ethics may initially pose hurdles but it gives long term success.

Determination: Entrepreneurs should have clarity of goals and work towards achievement of those. Come what may, they success has to be achieved.

Perseverance: Success does not come easily, it requires consistent and continuous efforts. Try and try till you succeed is the key.

Honesty: Being honest to self is beneficial in development of the personality. It provides a genuine approach to life & work.

Feedback: One should be open to critical constructive feedback. Feedback is always good.

Sharing attitude: Whatever one learn & earn, they should be ready to share with others. It will give a very sense of purpose to person and help him grow in life. Sharing success is an important trait of an entrepreneur.
