LPU signs MoU with Pegasystems
Lovely Professional University (LPU) has signed an Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Pegasystems, a US based leader in software for digital transformation, to join its university academic programme.
Under the programme, Pega Academy will provide online resources, classroom training and certification to LPU’s Computer Science students, enabling them to master its platform for application development across domains like Digital Process Automation and Real Time Decisioning. The demand for trained and certified Pega professionals in India is at an all-time high today.
Under the MoU, students at LPU can opt for courses across industries like Communication, Energy, Financial Services, Life Sciences and Insurance. Upon completion of the course of study, students can achieve a professional certification which is highly sought after in the industry today.
NU announces Early Admissions
The not-for-profit NIIT University (NU) announces early admissions for its four-year Integrated MBA programme. The last date to apply for early Admissions is April 10, 2019. The programme is innovatively designed for students with managerial and leadership aspirations.
Students can apply online at www.niituniversity.in. Students applying for early admissions will get a Provisional Admission to the programme of their choice before their Class XII exam result.
The multi-disciplinary programme is aimed at the holistic development and offers specialisation in cutting-edge areas.

Free mock clat exam
The Triumphant Institute of Management Education (TIME) Pvt Ltd, India’s leading test-prep institute is conducting Free All India Mock CLAT exam (AIMCLAT) on March 31, 2019 (Sunday).
The AIMCLAT will be available in the same paper and pencil mode as the actual CLAT is. This test will be conducted at numerous locations across the country and will be written by a very wide cross-section of students.

Workshop at IMS
The Institute of Management Studies organised a workshop on forensic science at institute campus in which Dr VC Mishra a forensic scientist give a lecture to the students on different key factors of forensic science. The aim of workshop was to clear the doubts and query of the students about forensic science. Programme was attended by teachers and students along with Dr. KS Bhati, Dean of IMS Law College.
While addressing the students, Mishra talked about the usefulness of Forensic Science. He demonstrate the students with experimental form of finger prints during the program, he also suggest the students not to touch the unknown persons belongings you can get trapped in the clutches of law.
