The Harvard Business School (HBS) announces leadership in Financial Organisations — India, a new programme scheduled from April 16 to 19, 2013 in Mumbai.
In the wake of the recent global economic crisis, companies are confronted with volatile financial markets, heightened regulation, and increased public scrutiny of both performance and ethics.
In response, HBS’s programme focuses on the complex issues of facing leaders in financial firms and would help participants improve their ability to lead change and drive organisational growth.
“In times of recent global economic crisis, companies must compete in an environment of heightened regulation, greater scrutiny of ethics, and increased risk,” said Boris Groysberg Richard P Chapman, professor of Business Administration and faculty co-chair of the programme.
“The programme’s curriculum and framework in each location allows executives from the same organisations to expand their network to different markets across the globe and develop a common leadership strategy. This, in turn, will help build global relations that provide value long after the programme ends.”
The participants will witness an interactive experience that extends the learning process through personal and professional networks long after the conclusion of the programme.
