As a part of series of Global Connect programme, IMS Ghaziabad’s University Courses Campus, recently organised Global Immersion programme. The institute believes that the students will go into a world which would not be restricted to domestic boundaries but would extend to global horizons.
In this two-day programme, students got a chance to be a host to students from various countries. The cross cultural interaction with the students from varied parts of globe, from countries like Egypt, Brazil, China, Iran, Afghanistan, Indonesia, Sri lanka, Argentina and Portugal gave a unique opportunity to all the students to immerse in world as global citizens. This marks strategic move of developing global students and giving the students an opportunity to understand how the world is different in terms of culture, social challenges and ways to do business.
This cross cultural exchange has witnessed over 75 students visiting campus in past six months from 15 countries. The students also designed a cultural programme mixing India with the world. Rakesh Chharia, general secretary, IMS Group, felicitated visiting students.
