an intelligent recruitment platform
Stellar Software Technologies Private limited announced the launch of param.ai a recruitment platform powered by analytics and artificial intelligence.
The talent acquisition industry faces an ongoing challenge with finding and hiring the best talent quickly. Recruiting departments of big companies have tens of thousands to millions of applicants within their Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRMs and limited methods (and time) for prioritising the best candidates for specific jobs. Recruiters have been spending hours manually going through tons of resumes against each job opening for years. Most recruiters use inaccurate Boolean searches and inefficient key word searches based on outdated job descriptions. And to add to all this, most of the candidate information in their ATS is outdated.
The platform is a complete recruitment solution. It integrates seamlessly with a company’s ATS and stack ranks incoming job applications against open requisitions based on the past and treading hiring patterns of the company. In addition to features like ATS mining, candidate correspondence, automated tasks, analytics and dashboard etc, it also provides the recruiter with insights like the summary and social data for each candidate.
Get closer to the books
To fulfill the information needs, a charitable library was inaugurated by Pramanit Foundation in association with the Rotary club of Capital city in Rama Vihar recently.
The library is distinct as its mandate is to serve the general public’s information needs rather than any particular research centric or scholar population with repository of information. The existence of this library is often considered as an essential part of the society in having an educated and literate population.
“The focus area would be on library services, oral tuition classes, computer courses and other courses for the underprivileged staying in the neglected areas. Rotary Club has also planned to hold one free health check up camp every month at the same centre. The library is intended to provide free access of books for all students. The theme of our rotary club — Passion to Serve — and to support the aim and vision of our Prime Minister Narendra Modi to make India Digital India, this is a small initiative take by the members of the club” Brijesh Mathur, president of Rotary Club, New Delhi and chairman of Pramanit Foundation, said.
