Candidates must demonstrate through their ideas, experience and achievements that they are an excellent team player, with a strong vision for the future. leadership/management skills or potential, overall quality of the application and financial need will also be considered. Value — £10,000
Eligibility: The award will be judged on a 1000 word statement supplied by each candidate that should state which scholarship you wish to be considered for and should clearly articulate how you meet the scholarship criteria.
Please note: We are unable to consider candidates who do not hold an offer of a place on the programme. Students already registered on the programme are ineligible to apply. The successful candidates for the full-time awards will be notified by the end of July 2017. Awards will automatically be deducted from tuition fees.

For the academic year 2017/2018, University of lugano is offering 60 International grants of CHF 4’000 each. The merit based grants are given to the students admitted to the first year of a USI master programme starting in September 2017. International students are eligible to apply.
Eligibility: Applicants must have obtained the Bachelor’s degree (passed all the exams and defended the thesis) by July 31, 2017 with a cumulative grade point average of at least 80/100.
Applicants must have been admitted to the first year of a USI Master programme beginning in September 2017. Applications from students enrolled in a USI Master before September 1, 2017 will not be considered.
Entrance requirement: Applicants must have their bachelor’s degree.
English language requirement: Applicants whose first language is not English are required to provide evidence of proficiency in English at the higher level required by the university.
