NABARD
National Bank for Agriculture & Rural Development (NABARD) has issued a new notification for recruitment of development assistants. There are in all 85 openings. The job profile is similar to clerical cadre but doesn't involved cash handling work. They may have to assist the officers and perform certain duties when posted in specific departments.

Eligibility
Candidate must: be between 18-35 years as on 31.7, 2016. (OBC: plus three years; SC/ST: plus 5 years); Degree in any discipline with 50 per cent marks aggregate as on July 31, 2016 (pass in graduation is enough for SC/ST/PWD); Must know to read, write and speak local language of the State the candidate belongs to. English proficiency is a must. Knowledge of computers is required as well.
Exam Pattern
The selection process of involves two phases — preliminary and main exam — both to held online. Candidates are to qualify in each section of the objective test separately and there will be negative marking for a wrong answer. The final exam will be purely based on merit taking into account the performance in the final exam. There will be no interviews.
Fee
Application fee for SC/ST/PWD is Rs50 and for others Rs450.
