Monash University invites application for international undergraduate merit scholarships. Total four scholarships are awarded in 2014. Scholarships will be awarded for commencing in either the Bachelor of Pharmacy or the Bachelor of Pharmaceutical Science at a Monash Campus. Scholarships will be awarded per year until the minimum credit points for degree are completed. Selection will be based on academic achievement.
Eligibility: All conditions must be met: For international students: Commencing undergraduate student in either the Bachelor of Pharmacy or the Bachelor of Pharmaceutical Science at a Monash Campus in Australia. Have an overseas qualification at the time of application, or an offshore applicant with an Australian qualification who has not applied for a course through VTAC.
Duration: Awarded per year until the minimum credit points for degree are completed. What does it cover: 50 per cent of tuition fees paid per year until the minimum credit points for your degree are completed (highest achieving students). Twenty five per cent of tuition fees paid per year until the minimum credit points for the degree are completed (remaining offers).

The Management Development Institute, Singapore is offering merit scholarships to recognise outstanding academic achievements and provide high-calibre international students the opportunity to develop their full potential. The scholarship applications are invited for master’s degree valued at S$4,000 each, bachelor’s degrees valued at S$3,200 each and for the pre-degree programmes valued at S$500 each.
Eligibility: Must apply for admission to MDIS before MDIS Merit Scholarship (International) application can be reviewed. Have demonstrated record of academic achievement. Have strong leadership qualities and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Shortlisted applicants will be required to go through an interview before being awarded the honour. The award does not cover non-tuition fees (membership entrance and annual subscription, medical insurance, fee protection scheme, MDIS experience seminars), remodule fees, trip expenses and other miscellaneous fees or expenses.
