About the exam
The Indian School of Mines has 18 academic departments covering Engineering, Applied Sciences, Humanities and Social Sciences and Management programs with a strong emphasis on scientific and technological education and research in the areas of Earth Sciences.

Important dates
last date of receiving ISM MBA application form: May 23, 2014
Date of ISM MBA written test and interview: June 1, 2014
ISM MBA Result: June 6, 2014
Admission of selected candidates: June 26 and 27, 2014.
Exam Pattern
Applicant shall have to appear for written entrance test to be conducted by Indian School of Mines at Dhanbad, followed by Interview.
Final selection shall be based on aggregate scores of written test, interview and experience.
The sanctioned strength for the MBA programme is 50 and the reservation policy of Government of India meant for higher educational institutions is strictly adhered to.
