Ongoing political melodrama in Arunachal Pradesh tempts me to write on how the dynamics of the present moment speaks of the events in offing, and with a fair amount of precision. In fact, ‘Time’ is said to be administering tool of the divine. HowIJ Would it mean that there is some existence up above in the cosmos, which keeps an eye on the happenings here on the earth and administers itIJ There is nothing like that. A deep insight into the nature of present moment of time, however, throws light on the way future would unfold and hence the importance of time.
To make things clear, one needs to understand the concept of time adopted by the Indian calendar system, which astrology follows. In this reckoning, time is not just a measure of space through the run of events. It reflects upon the varying dynamics of energy flux excited by nature every moment. For, all scales of time, macro as well as in micro frame, are set in correspondence with periodic motion of planetary bodies.
