The nature festival Sarhul was celebrated with great enthusiasm by the Central Sarna Committee Lohardaga on Tuesday. The traditional Shobha Yatra of the Central Shobha Yatra was taken out under the leadership of the officials of tribal organizations and the Pahan, the Central Sarna Committee. Pahan Pujars were duly worshiped by the Pahan Pujars at Jhakhara Kumba Sarna site between the city. On the occasion, prayer was led by the sisters of the women's committee to the Raji Padha Sarna prayer meeting. After which prasad was distributed among all. 

Apart from Sarna religious people, a large number of dignitaries attended the occasion. The procession of Sarhul Puja reached MG Road, Thana Chowk, Shastri Chowk, Gudri Bazar, Mahavir Chowk, Rana Chowk, Mission Chowk, Barwa Toli Chowk, Ajay Udyan, New Road, Pawarganj Chowk, Maina Garden, where traditional dance was performed along with collective prayers. After prayer in Jhakhara Kumba, the Chief Conservator of the Central Sarna Committee, Mani Oraon, Conservator Sukhdev Oraon, Bifai Oraon, Binod Oraon, Chairman Raghu Oraon, Secretary Shashi Kumar Bhagat, Treasurer Vakil Bhagat, Chonhas Oraon, Vice President under the leadership of Vice President Phoolchand Oraon, mainly under the procession, the Chief Minister of Sukh Dehwar Oraon, Mantra Chamra Linda, former MP Dheeraj Prasad Sahu, Deputy Commissioner Dr. Waghmare Prasad Krishna, SP Haris bin Jaman, BJP, Zip President Reena Kumari, Zip member Radha Tirkey, District President Manir Oraon, Congress District President Sukher Bhagat, and thousands of people attended. The Shobha Yatra was welcomed by many organizations. On the occasion, the guests also performed mass dance on the beat of Mandar. All the officials including the chairman of the committee were present on the occasion. Central Mahavir Mandal, Chambers, Anjuman Islamia, Jai Shri Ram Committee welcomed the people involved in the Sarhul procession.
