The 134th Birth Anniversary of Dr. Bhim Rao Ambedkar was celebrated at SAIL, Satellite Township with the participation of all six SAIL Ranchi units in true Nationalistic fervour. The ceremony was graced by SK Verma, ED(CET); SK Kar, ED(RDCIS) ; S.Dhar CGM(HR-L&D),MTI and other senior officers and employees of SAIL, Ranchi.
The programme commenced with a solemn floral tribute to Bharat Ratna Dr. B.R. Ambedkar, in remembrance of his immense contributions to the nation. The event was inaugurated with an address by the CGM (HR), SAIL Ranchi Units who emphasized the enduring relevance of Dr. Ambedkar’s vision. Thereafter P.K HORO briefed the audience about the life and achievements of Dr. BR Ambedkar and J.P. Kumar also shared valuable thoughts on the contributions of Dr B R Ambedkar.
All Executive Directors present on the occasion urged employees to imbibe and practice the teachings and values of Dr. Ambedkar in their everyday professional and personal lives. The Vote of Thanks was proposed by Hemu Toppo. The ceremony was conducted by Sushanta Das.
