On March 28, Bokaro Steel Limited (BSL) organized a "Rubaroo" dialogue program at the Human Resource Learning & Development Center, led by Director In-Charge, Shri Birendra Kumar Tiwari. The session was attended by 31 officers.
The event began with a safety pledge, followed by a presentation from Assistant General Manager, Shri Amit Anand, highlighting BSL’s learning and development initiatives. He spoke about collaborations with LinkedIn, Future Prime, and other reputed institutions, along with E-Pathshala and other platforms offering employees new learning opportunities.
In his address, DIC Tiwari emphasized continuous learning, self-development, best practices, and staying updated with digitalization and artificial intelligence. Participants also shared their views during the interactive session. The event was moderated by Senior Manager, Smt. Preeti Kumari.
