Bank of India (BoI), Field General Manager Office (FGMO) Ranchi successfully organized a home loan and vehicle loan expo at Children's Park, Kadru, Ranchi on Thursday in which loans worth Rs 106 crore were distributed among 152 customers.
The event was inaugurated by the Chief Guest, former RERA Chairman and present Legal Advisor, Ranjit Kumar Chaudhary. The Chief General Manager Sudhiranjan Padhi as Chief Guest from BoI Head Office, Mumbai was also present on the occasion.
The Expo was conducted by Zonal Manager, Ranchi, Sanjeev Singh under the leadership of General Manager, BoI Manoj Kumar. Other officials present at the event included Deputy General Manager, BoI FGMO Ranchi, Deep Shankar, Assistant General Manager, Ajay Kumar Pandey and Deputy Zonal Manager, Ranchi, Banita Mohapatra.
The main objective of the expo was to provide financial assistance to customers to buy their dream home and vehicle anywhere in India. On this occasion, the Chief General Manager provided loans worth more than Rs 105 crore through sanction letters for 102 retail loans and 48 MSME loans.
Detailed information about housing and vehicle loans was also shared. The bank offered housing loans at an affordable interest rate of 8.30 per cent and vehicle loans at an interest rate of 8.75 per cent. Apart from this, the bank is also providing the opportunity of home loan take-over at a cheap interest rate of 8.25 per cent.
Loans were approved quickly if the customers had complete and proper documents. During this time, a team of experts and bank officials remained available for special consultation and helped in completing the formalities related to the loan. Along with this, stalls of prestigious housing projects and vehicle dealers approved by the bank were also set up.
Under the leadership of Manoj Kumar, this housing loan and vehicle loan expo of BoI was a historic success. Under his able guidance, this event has proved to be a revolutionary initiative for the customers, in which they were provided financial assistance for home and vehicle loans at affordable rates.
