In the public hearing held in the Indore Collector's office, Collector Ashish Singh and other officials listened to the problems of the citizens sensitively and resolved them. The needy were given help for treatment, education and employment.
A time limit was set to resolve the applications remaining from resolution. The applications received in the public hearing will be registered in the CM Helpline. The resolution will also be reviewed by the Collector every week. The resolution of every application received in the public hearing will be followed up. It will be ensured that the resolution process is ensured in every application. There should be a positive resolution. To review the resolution of applications, the officers have been instructed to register each application in the CM Helpline.
