Twenty-two biology students from The Pentecostal Assembly School (PAS), Bokaro, received specialized marine biodiversity training at the Marine Aquarium & Regional Centre (MARC), Zoological Survey of India (ZSI), Digha.
Accompanied by director Rev. Dr. D. N. Prasad, CAO Mrs. Rita Prasad, and PGT biology Mrs. Sangita Sharma, the students participated in expert-led sessions by Dr. Srinivasan Balakrishnan, Dr. P.S. Tudu, and Dr. Aditya Kapil Valiviti. They explored marine conservation, rare species, DNA extraction, and ecological monitoring.
A guided tour of the Marine Aquarium & Research Museum enhanced their learning. The workshop concluded with an interactive session, and all students received certificates from ZSI, marking a significant academic milestone.
