The National Cadet Corps (NCC) 'C' Certificate Examination, organized by the 36 MP Battalion, Khandwa, is being conducted with participation from cadets across Khandwa, Burhanpur, Barwani, Khargone, and Harda districts.
On Sunday, the written examination was held, covering subjects such as FCBC (Field Craft and Battle Craft), drill skills, weapon training, and map reading. According to the provided schedule, the practical test will be conducted on February 15 at 8:00 AM at BM Agriculture College, Khandwa, followed by another written examination on February 16, 2025, at 8:00 AM.
A total of 188 cadets appeared for the examination. Officers have been instructed to ensure that cadets maintain discipline and proper turnout while reporting on time.
As per the directives of the NCC Directorate and NCC Group Headquarters Indore, the examination is being conducted under the leadership and guidance of Colonel K. Rajesh (Commanding Officer) and Lt. Colonel Deepesh Sawale (Administrative Officer) of the 36 MP NCC Battalion.
The NCC ‘C’ Certificate is the highest certification in the NCC program and holds significant value across various sectors. Students possessing this certificate receive additional benefits in government schemes and recruitment processes. With the introduction of the New National Education Policy, students’ interest in joining NCC has increased significantly, particularly among female cadets.
