Crime branch nabbed two drug peddler and recovered 14.01 grams of MD powder, worth Rs 1,30,000 and a mobile phone was also seized from the accused.
Acting on a tip off a police team acted swiftly and arrested two boys, who would be around 20-22 years old, standing in front of Rustam Khan Ka Ahata Shyamala Hills with MD Powder waiting for a customer to sell it..
The two were identified as Sameer Uddin (20) resident, Budhwara and Sohail Khan (23), Budhwara. On frisking both the suspects, a mobile phone and 10 small transparent sheets in a transparent plastic foil were found from Sameeruddin's possession. Sameeruddin told that the drug was MD and its total weight was found to be 7.10 grams. And 08 small transparent sheets in a transparent plastic foil were found from suspect Sohail Khan's possession. On asking Sohail Khan about it, he told that the drug was MD. Its total weight was found to be 7.10 grams.
