JMM attacks Centre for ‘humiliation’ of Indians by US

Friday, 07 February 2025 | PNS | Ranchi

Jharkhand Mukti Morcha (JMM) General Secretary Supriyo Bhattacharya attacked the Central government on Thursday. On the return of illegal NRIs from the US with handcuffs and chains, he said that the Modi government could not bring them back to India with respect.

Bhattacharya said that these people were unemployed and had gone to the US to work hard. "But the Modi government could not do anything for them. The government has failed to bring back those who are sitting abroad after embezzling crores, but those who were poor and went to the US after selling their land were sent back after humiliating them and we kept watching," he added.

The JMM General Secretary further said that during the Corona period, we airlifted our migrant workers from other states and abroad and brought them to Jharkhand, but the central government could not do so. He said that the Prime Minister needs to learn from the Chief Minister of Jharkhand.

"Where have those BJP leaders gone who were raising the issue of Bangladeshi infiltration here till two months ago. Assam CM Himanta Biswa Sarma, who was roaring here, is also silent today. He does not say anything on the issue of America today, while his party's government is opening ways to provide economic benefits to America in various ways," said Bhattacharya.

The JMM Leader further said, we are using all the platforms of America. Be it Google or Twitter. Said we are using Chinese goods here. We are using them from mobile to micro chip. But what do we have? Said we will have to accept whatever America says, the situation has become such. Said the central government is directly responsible for this situation.
