Garhwa DC hands over job letters on compassionate grounds

Deputy Commissioner Shekhar Jamuar gave appointment letters to the families of deceased government employees,on Monday, . Neha Khalkho received the first letter. She is the daughter of Anand Kumar Khalkho, a former head clerk. Neha is appointed as a lower division clerk in the third category.

 

The second letter went to Alok Kumar Mehta. He is the son of Suresh Prasad Mehta, a former Panchayat Secretary. Alok is also appointed as a lower division clerk in the third category. Pooja Devi, the dependant of Pramod Kumar Rai, a constable, got a clerk position in the fourth category.

 

During a meeting of the district compassionate committee, four appointments were reviewed. Vanita Devi, the daughter of a late worker from the Southern Forest Division, is expected to be appointed in the fourth category. Omprakash Uraon, the son of a late education department employee, will also receive a fourth category appointment. Pawan Lakra, the son of a late assistant teacher, is set for a clerk position in the third category. Mithun Kumar, the son of a late Rural Development employee, is recommended for reinstatement in the third category.

 

In another issue related to the police department, the appointment process is still not finished. There are no vacancies in the district collectorate, which has delayed her appointment. The Deputy Inspector General (DIG) has been asked to contact the Garhwa Superintendent of Police to assist with this.

 

Furthermore, during the district establishment committee meeting, several decisions were made. Mujib Ahmed Khan, a revenue sub-inspector from the Dhurki block, received the first MACP (Modified Assured Career Progression) benefit. Lovleen Bakla, a retired village worker, got the third MACP benefit. Two Amin officials, Janardan Mahato and Yogendra Yadav, were promoted to Amin Grade-3 positions. Administrative staff in Garhwa district were also transferred and adjusted, including four administrative officers, thirteen head clerks, three senior clerks, and seven junior clerks.
