A meeting of the District Evaluation Committee was held on Thursday under the chairmanship of Collector Kaushalendra Vikram Singh. The meeting was attended by MLA Bhagwandas Sabanani, Senior District Registrar Swapnesh Sharma, Deputy Collector Ajay Sharma, and officials from relevant departments.
Senior District Registrar Swapnesh Sharma briefed the committee on the formulation of Madhya Pradesh’s market value guiding principles for 2025-26 and their revision under the 2018 rules. He provided insights into the latest real estate price trends in Bhopal and explained the proposed adjustments in property registration rates based on these trends.
The committee reviewed proposals from sub-district evaluation committees and prepared a draft guideline for 2025-26. The proposed guideline is now available on the Sampada portal for public review and suggestions.
Citizens can submit their feedback on property rates until 5 PM on March 19, at the Collector’s Office, the Senior District Registrar’s Office at Pari Bazaar, or the ISBT office in Bhopal.
