Member of Parliament, Rajya Sabha, Deepak Prakash and Manoj Kumar, CMD, CMPDI, today jointly inaugurated a skill development training programme under CMPDI’s, CSR initiative aimed at providing training to 90 socially and economically underprivileged Scheduled Caste (SC) and Scheduled Tribe (ST) youths from Ranchi and surrounding areas. Through this CSR initiative, CMPDI, in collaboration with the ICA Foundation, Kolkata will provide training to 90 young individuals in the high-demand job role of “Sr. Associate – Transactional Financial and Accounting.”
Speaking at the inauguration ceremony held at the Federation of Jharkhand Chambers of Commerce & Industries, Ranchi, Deepak Prakash lauded the initiative, stating, “This programme brings new hope to the underprivileged sections of our society. By equipping these young individuals with valuable skills, we are paving the way for their brighter future and contributing to the overall progress of the region.”
The CMD, CMPDI emphasized the organization’s mission, stating, “CMPDIL is committed to creating equal opportunities for all. Through such initiatives, we aim to equip youth with practical skills for gainful employment and economic empowerment.”
The four-month, short-term, non-residential training is being conducted at ICA Foundation’s training centre located at Main Road, Ranchi. The course curriculum, structure, and schedule conform to the standards prescribed by the National Skill Qualification Framework (NSQF) and the Sector Skill Council (SSC). R. K.
