CMPDI Ltd has inked a Memorandum of Agreement (MoA) with the Institute of Computer Accountants (ICA) Foundation, Kolkata, under its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) for providing skill development training in the field of "Sr. Associate-Transactional Financial and Accounting" to 90 socially and economically underprivileged SC and ST students from Ranchi and its surrounding areas. The MoA was signed by R. K. Mahapatra, General Manager (HRD/CSR) at CMPDIL and Rajnish Pandey from ICA Foundation.
SC and ST youths having qualification of graduation degree in Commerce/ Accounts/ Finance with one year of relevant experience (or) Commerce in 12th Class with four years of relevant experience are eligible for this training program.
The training program will be a short term (four months) non -residential course. Training is to be imparted at ICA Foundation at Main Road, Ranchi, Jharkhand. Eligibility criteria, curriculum, training module, and training schedule shall be as per the standards specified in the National Skill Qualification Framework (NSQF) level and the Guidelines of Sector Skill Council (SSC) for the job role.
The training program equips SC and ST youths from Ranchi with skills in financial and accounting transactions, enhancing their employability and economic prospects.
