Chief Minister Mohan Yadav has announced that the government is actively working on the preservation and enhancement of sites associated with Lord Ram's journey across the state. Additionally, efforts are underway to develop locations related to Lord Krishna's divine plays into pilgrimage sites under the 'Krishna Pathey Yojana'. As part of this initiative, Rs 1 crore will be sanctioned for the development of Karila Dham to enhance essential facilities for devotees.
During his visit to Karila Dham in Ashoknagar on Wednesday, Chief Minister Dr. Yadav offered prayers to Maa Janaki and sought blessings for the prosperity of the people of Madhya Pradesh. He also participated in the celebration of Rangpanchami by playing Holi with flowers alongside devotees.
CM Yadav emphasized the need for expanding facilities for devotees at Karila Dham and strengthening the management of the annual fair. He expressed the vision of elevating the Karila Dham fair to a nationally recognized event. Future plans include the provision of shaded pathways for devotees travelling to and from the shrine.
Highlighting the historical and cultural significance of Chanderi, the Chief Minister announced plans to restore its forts in a grand manner, recognizing its connection with Lord Shri Krishna.
Lord Shri Ram's Life is an Inspiration for Society
CM Yadav emphasized the exemplary values set by Lord Shri Ram, Maa Janaki, and the Raghu clan, stating that their ideals continue to inspire society. He praised the spiritual energy of Karila Dham, which draws devotees repeatedly. Discussing the traditional Rai dance, he suggested that during the time of Lav-Kush’s birth, this dance might have been referred to as ‘Raghurai Nritya’.
Madhya Pradesh to become India's top milk producer
The Chief Minister reiterated the government's commitment to supporting farmers by offering a bonus of Rs 175 per quintal of wheat, making the total procurement price Rs 2,600 per quintal. Additionally, a subsidy of Rs 4,000 per hectare will be provided for paddy farmers.
To boost milk production, the government is launching the 'Gopal Yojana', under which financial assistance will be provided to those who rear more than ten cows. Additionally, a cooperative-based incentive of Rs 5 per litre of milk will be introduced. Currently, Madhya Pradesh ranks third in milk production in India, but the goal is to secure the number one position.
Historic Budget for the Poor, Farmers, and Youth
CM Dr. Yadav highlighted the recently presented Rs 4.21 lakh crore budget, which addresses the needs of all sections of society. He assured that housing schemes for both rural and urban areas would be accelerated to benefit more eligible individuals. A re-survey is being conducted to ensure that no deserving individual is left out.

The Chief Minister expressed that invoking the names of Lord Shri Ram and Shri Krishna brings immense joy and divine energy. He credited the faith and participation of the people of Madhya Pradesh for the success of grand celebrations like this.
