The Best Employee of the Month Award program was organized by the Knowledge and Development Department of Human Resources at Bokaro Steel Plant for the months of May to August 2024. A total of 31 employees were recognized for their exceptional contributions to their respective fields. The ceremony was graced by Executive Director (Works) C. R. Mahapatra, Executive Director (HR) Rajashree Banerjee, along with department heads, senior officials, award recipients, and their family members.
Encouraging the employees, C. R. Mahapatra acknowledged the significant role of both employees and their families in this success. He highlighted Bokaro Steel Plant's expansion plan to enhance production capacity to 8 million tons, expressing confidence that with innovation and increased profitability, this goal will be achieved.
Rajashree Banerjee, Executive Director (HR), extended congratulations to both employees and their families. She urged employees to embrace new challenges, find solutions, and maintain a steady pace of growth. Acknowledging the challenges in the global steel market, she emphasized that with collective efforts, Bokaro Steel Plant will overcome obstacles and reach new heights.
