BJP leaders and party workers on more than 12,000 booths on Wednesday participated in the “Mera Booth Sabse Majboot” program with the Delhi party President Virendra Sachdeva calling the interaction of Prime Minister Narendra Modi with booth level workers as a source of energy for the party ahead of the high-octane Delhi assembly elections.
PM Modi addressed the people of Delhi and virtually interacted with Delhi BJP workers under the program. Led by Sachdeva, around 12,600 booths across Delhi participated as local people and workers gathered to hear Prime‘s address. Addressing the media, Sachdeva remarked, “Today’s message from Prime Minister Modi will act as a significant source of energy for BJP workers during the upcoming Assembly elections. PM Modi appreciated the work of booth workers and set a goal to ensure more than 50 per cent voter turnout at every booth and win every booth.”
He added, “PM Modi’s conversation with an auto driver, assuring the establishment of an e-rickshaw driver welfare board, reflects his commitment to addressing grassroots issues, inspiring more than one lakh workers connected to the program.”
“Highlighting his vision, PM Modi repeatedly criticized the “AAP-da” (Aap Party), accusing it of halting Delhi’s development and causing significant setbacks to the city’s progress. This time, Delhi must elect a double-engine government to connect the capital with the Central Government’s welfare schemes, which were hindered by Arvind Kejriwal’s political enmity,” Sachdeva said.
BJP leader Kuljeet Singh Chahal, after PM Modi's interaction with BJP workers ahead of Delhi elections, said, "When the PM directly interacts with party workers it shows the work efficiency of BJP. It also fills enthusiasm in party workers."
"The second name of politics of abusing and accusing is Aam Aadmi Party. The ability of the party's leader to make decisions has become zero now. AAP and Arvind Kejriwal are now known for liquor scam, Sheesh Mahal leader. On 5th February, 'Lotus' symbol will be pressed to form BJP government and defeat the most corrupt Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal," he added.
Delhi BJP MP Praveen Khandelwal also said that when the BJP government is formed in Delhi, the Prime Minister has assured that he will personally look into the priorities of the BJP government. “We have discussed what the government did not do in 10 years. We have resolved that we will leave no stone unturned to make the BJP win," he said.
A party leader said “Through audio-video conferencing, PM Modi interacted with BJP workers from Delhi, listened to their concerns, and noted the city’s readiness for transformation—something evident from today’s discussions.”
BJP leaders, along with the public, gathered at various locations to listen to PM Modi’s message during the “Mera Booth Sabse Majboot” program. Senior leaders and office bearers, including Delhi BJP Co-incharge Dr. Alka Gurjar (Kasturba Nagar Assembly), Election Co-incharge Shri Atul Garg (New Delhi Assembly), BJP President Virendra Sachdeva (Delhi Cantonment Assembly), Organization General Secretary Pawan Rana (Matia Mahal Assembly), and others actively participated.
Ministers, MPs, and senior leaders like Union Minister Harsh Malhotra (Jangpura), MP Manoj Tiwari (Seemapuri), MP Ramesh Bidhuri (Tughlakabad), and others were also present at different locations.
