BJP leader and New Delhi Assembly candidate Parvesh Verma on Wednesday launched the "Har Ghar Naukri" (jobs for every household) campaign, announcing a major job fair aimed at providing better employment opportunities for the youth of the constituency.

Verma has been pitted against AAP chief and former Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal, who is the current Member of Legislative Assembly (MLA) from the New Delhi area.

The registration process for the job fair began on Wednesday, which will be held on January 15 at Constitution Club, , where more than 50 prominent companies from across the country will participate and conduct interviews for various positions.

While announcing the initiative, Parvesh Verma said that this campaign is part of BJP's commitment to economically empower every household. He added, "Har Ghar Naukri is our promise. Through this job fair, we aim to provide jobs to the youth based on their skills and qualifications. This initiative brings a golden opportunity for the youth of Delhi."

To facilitate the registration process, 15 designated centers have been set up across New Delhi, including B.R. Camp, Jodhpur Mess, P&T Colony, Princess Park, and others. Additionally, candidates can scan the provided QR code for online registration.

The job fair, scheduled for January 15, will start at 10 am where hundreds of positions will be available, with interviews conducted on the spot. The initiative is a step toward fulfilling BJP's vision of "Har Ghar Rozgar, Har Ghar Samriddhi" (Employment and Prosperity for Every Household), the statement said.

Verma, a former West Delhi MP and son of former Chief Minister Sahib Singh Verma, is under attack by the AAP over his distributing Rs 1,100 to women in New Delhi constituency under a "Ladli Yojna".

Parvesh Verma has urged the youth and women of Delhi to take advantage of these initiatives and work toward transforming their lives with the opportunities provided by BJP’s campaigns.

Voting for the 70-member Delhi Assembly will be held on February 5 while the counting of votes will be held on February 8.
