The 67th branch of Bank of Baroda’s Jamshedpur region was inaugurated today at Baliapur, Dhanbad, marking a significant milestone in the bank’s expansion. The new Baliapur Branch was formally inaugurated by  Prabhash Chandra Das, Block Development Officer, Baliapur, and  Praveen Kumar Singh, Zonal Officer, Baliapur.

This newly opened branch aims to enhance financial inclusion by providing comprehensive banking services to local residents. With this addition, Bank of Baroda now operates 11 branches in Dhanbad district, further strengthening its presence in the region.

Shashank Gupta has been appointed as the Branch Manager, ensuring efficient operations and customer service at the new branch.

The inaugural ceremony was graced by  Manish Prakash Sinha, Regional Head of Jamshedpur Region, along with senior executives, bank staff, and customers. Addressing the gathering, Zonal Officer  Praveen Kumar Singh emphasized the importance of customer relations, stating that a bank serves as a bridge connecting both common citizens and special customers. He reiterated that customer satisfaction remains the top priority of Bank of Baroda.

Recognizing the increasing threat of cyber fraud, bank officials assured that Bank of Baroda is fully committed to protecting its customers by implementing robust security measures and awareness campaigns. The bank is actively engaged in: Providing excellent customer service, Implementing government schemes efficiently and Educating people on financial safety and cyber fraud prevention.
