The Eye Bank Team from the Department of Ophthalmology of AIIMS Bhopal participated in the Mega health care activities conducted by National Institute of Technical Teachers' Training and Research (NITTTR) Bhopal at Shymala Hills Area, NITTTR Campus. The AIIMS Bhopal team organized the eye donation camp under the supervision of Dr. Bhavna Sharma, Professor and Head of the Department of Ophthalmology, which included education, counseling, and donor registration. The highlight of the event was the counseling of more than 40 people for eye donation, with pledge forms being filled. This initiative aims to promote eye donation awareness and encourage people to pledge their eyes for donation after death. The Eye Bank Team from AIIMS Bhopal has been actively working towards promoting eye donation and providing corneal transplantation services to those in need.

Highlighting the significance of the initiative, AIIMS Bhopal Executive Director Prof. (Dr.) Ajai Singh said, "Eye donation is a noble act that can restore vision and transform lives.
