Chief Minister Mohan Yadav has stated that Madhya Pradesh is a land of immense possibilities. The state's central location in the country makes it even more significant. The new investment policy introduced by the government for the industrial development of Madhya Pradesh is the best in the country.

"Set up as many industries as you wish; the government will stand with you at every step," said CM Yadav while interacting with entrepreneurs, including micro, small, and medium enterprises, at the Chief Minister's residence on Friday. He emphasised that investors in Madhya Pradesh have always been profitable. "Establish industries as per your preference and earn profits," he added.

CM Yadav also transferred over Rs 450 crore in financial incentives transparently via DBT to more than 1,100 industrial units. He further urged investors from Madhya Pradesh and Bhopal not only to invest without hesitation but also to actively participate in hosting the Global Investors Summit (GIS) on February 24-25 in Bhopal. "GIS Bhopal will be a global congregation and a historic opportunity."

Investors from across the country and the world will be our esteemed guests. He said, we must ensure a warm welcome so that they leave with positive memories. Highlighting the MSME sector, CM Yadav stated that Madhya Pradesh currently ranks seventh in the country in this sector, which is the most rapidly emerging segment. Therefore, the government has decided to promote the establishment of new industries across all product categories while also providing necessary support to existing industries.

If required, the government will arrange for renewable energy-based electricity supply for older industries. CM Yadav assured that every rupee of the state budget will be dedicated to public welfare and industrial development. The government is aiming to increase the state's budget to Rs 4 lakh crore in the upcoming financial year. He reiterated that the government is committed to providing all necessary assistance and incentives to industries and has always honoured its promises.

In the new investment policy, the government plans to offer an additional 10% concession to women entrepreneurs. Furthermore, industrialists setting up multi-story industrial complexes will receive a certain level of exemption from the government. Residential accommodations within industrial complexes will also be permitted. Additionally, the government will offer interest subsidies on industrial loans. While engaging in direct discussions with industrialists, CM Dr Yadav asserted that the Global Investors Summit in Bhopal will be a milestone for the industrial growth of Madhya Pradesh and called for collective participation and cooperation to ensure its success.

Minister of Sports, Youth Welfare, and Cooperation, Vishwas Kailash Sarang, stated that through the Regional Industry Conclave, Madhya Pradesh is advancing towards integrated development. He highlighted the state's excellent connectivity with all regions of the country, its thriving ecosystem, and favourable environment. He described the Global Investors Summit (GIS) in Bhopal as a significant opportunity. Expressing gratitude to Chief Minister Mohan Yadav for hosting GIS in Bhopal, he urged industrialists to invest in the state, emphasizing that investment is a key driver of prosperity.

He called upon investors to support GIS and contribute to positioning Madhya Pradesh on the global stage. Minister of Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises and In-charge Minister of Bhopal District, Chaitanya Kumar Kashyap, emphasized the state's commitment to boosting exports of Madhya Pradesh's products. He highlighted that the government has consistently encouraged industrialists and investors at every level. Transporting raw materials and finished goods from Madhya Pradesh to any part of the country is already easy, yet as an incentive, the government is offering a subsidy of over 50% on freight charges for industries.

He reaffirmed that the state welcomes new industries while also supporting and strengthening existing industries through additional assistance. Principal Secretary of Industrial Investment & Promotion, Raghvendra Kumar Singh, provided insights into the comprehensive framework of GIS in Bhopal and invited investors and industrialists to participate. He announced that Prime Minister Narendra Modi will inaugurate the summit and digitally launch all of Madhya Pradesh's latest industrial, investment, and other policies.

The concluding session will be attended by Union Home Minister Amit Shah. The GIS will witness the participation of representatives from over 60 countries and will feature departmental conferences, Diaspora meetings, Country sessions, Thematic sessions, and various other activities. Singh urged all industrialists to actively participate in GIS and seize this historic opportunity. The vote of thanks was delivered by Secretary Priyanka Das. The event was attended by Dilip Kumar, other senior departmental officials, and a large number of industrialists.

Yadav held a heartfelt discussion with the industrialists present at the event. Radha Sharan Goswami from the Industry Association stated that over the past year, confidence in the government's policies has significantly increased. He praised CM Yadav's leadership, highlighting that Madhya Pradesh's growth rate is expected to rise by 30%, leading to increased employment and prosperity in the state.
