Lotus Petal Foundation unveiled its independently assessed Social Impact Assessment report at an exclusive event at the India Habitat Centre. Evaluated by KPMG using OECD-DAC and Social Return on Investment (SRoI) frameworks, the report highlights the Foundation’s success in delivering quality education to over 2000 underserved students and building a sustainable impact model. Key dignitaries, including HCL Co-founder Arjun Malhotra, joined over 30 industry leaders, philanthropists, and experts to mark the occasion.
Founder Kushal Raj Chakravorty shared the Foundation’s journey from 6 students in 2013 to its current 5-acre campus in Gurgaon. The report cites an SRoI of 1:3.64 for education programmes and outlines goals for 2030, including educating 10,000 students and scaling digital platforms to reach 1,00,000 learners. A panel discussion explored CSR partnerships, with experts emphasising collaboration, skill-building and academia’s role in driving impact.
