XLRI opens registrations for PGDM (GM) Programme

Xavier School of Management (XLRI) Jamshedpur has announced the commencement of applications for its flagship PGDM (General Management) programme for the upcoming academic year. Prospective candidates are invited to apply for this esteemed programme, which aims to transform experienced professionals from various corporate sectors into exceptional business managers and leaders. Applications can be submitted using GMAT or GRE scores, offering candidates flexibility in the admissions process. The PGDM (GM) programme is an intensive 18-month full-time residential management course designed to meet the educational needs of professionals with a minimum of five years of diverse work experience in fields such as IT/ITeS, Energy/Power, Automobile, Manufacturing, and more. The programme is accredited by the Association of MBAs (AMBA) and the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), and is ranked 99th worldwide in the Financial Times MBA Rankings, highlighting its excellence in management education. The programme aims to broaden perspectives, enhance problem-solving skills, and develop outstanding business managers and leaders with a human touch.

To be eligible for admission to the PGDM (GM) programme, candidates must possess a recognized bachelor's degree of at least three years in any discipline. Additionally, applicants should have a minimum of five years of managerial or supervisory experience by March 31, 2025, to ensure the programme's relevance for experienced professionals. Prospective candidates can submit their GMAT or GRE scores taken between December 1, 2021, and December 31, 2024, as part of the application process. Notably, XAT 2025 scores will also be accepted for this programme, with the exam scheduled for January 5, 2025, requiring separate registration.
